BESPOKE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Design and deliver bespoke Leadership Development Programs. Previously successful program has been benchmarked by the International Coaching Federation for the Prism Awards in 2013 – 1 of 21 programs worldwide and in 2015 – 1 of 41 programs worldwide. The only leadership program in South Africa to have done this.
 
These programs are aimed at business leaders identified in mission critical roles and those individuals marked for succession into pivotal positions.Programs designed with flexibility in mind and would allow your company to select all 18 modules or a sub-set based on your needs.
 
A great deal of attention is applied to groups of high potential people within middle management who are being groomed for accelerated development into senior leadership roles. These leadership development workshops grow business leadership by addressing emotional wellness, physical health and nutrition, and re-connecting individuals to their personal passion while powerfully aligning the team to a common understanding.
 
Measuring the efficacy of facilitation in the leadership programme is done through an independent skills gap analysis as a pre-assessment before a 12 to 18-month facilitation process and then a post assessment to demonstrate behaviour change.
 
The program has shown returns on investment (ROI) in the following areas:
  • Impact at an organisational level in a 26% annual increase in profit;
  • Monthly sales targets in were increased fivefold per month
  • Reduction of staff attrition to 7.15% while Industry rate at the time was 25%.
  • Budget was allocated out of training & accounted for less that 3% of the total spend
